Residential building

"Home2U - PARADISE" is a modern residential building located in the dynamic and developing area of Lozenets, in close proximity to "South Park" and "Loven Park". The high demand location and the newly built infrastructure on Cherni Vrah Blvd. and Filip Kutev St., as well as the close proximity to Vitosha metro station, make access to the rest of the city fast and convenient for residents. Additionally, the proximity to Paradise Mall, kindergartens, schools, hypermarkets, parks, the Sofia Zoo, and other shopping complexes can be considered a top reason for the high demand of a residential building like this for the region.

Since the beginning of the project, our concept was focused on creating an emblematic and memorable building that would be in line with the innovative feel of the area in which it is located. Analyzing the site and context of this project, we derived a form which allows for an easy flow of light throughout our own building as well as our neighboring buildings. We decided on dividing the building into two very distinct trapezoidal volumes, one sloping at an indentation below 45 ° north-south and the other 72 ° south-north.This way, in addition to allowing the flow of light to reach the neighboring properties, we also provide maximum sun exposure for our building. The distinctive form of our building in sync with the high-quality natural materials manufactured by world market leaders, such as structural glazing, fiberglass panels with finely ground stone particles and HPL panels with soft wood flutter, create a high level of elegance and a modern look to the building. The change of materials and form of the building happens in places where the main shape of the building can remain uninterrupted, and the base is distinguished and creates a clear separation between the public and private spaces within the project.

Functionally, the building is designed on 9 above-ground levels and one underground. It consists of 36 apartments, different in form and size, and for each one special attention is paid to the comfort of living for residents. On the first level there is a restaurant and a bakery, while the underground level provides 31 parking spaces for various units in the building. For connoisseurs of the beautiful panoramic view, the top floors in both bodies are designed as spacious "Penthouse"apartments on several levels to serve the needs of different types of residents.
