Residential building - Khan Presiyan 18

Project: Residential building with garages, Bulgaria blvd., Hippodrome, Sofia.

The luxury residential building "Khan Presiyan" is located in the capital's "Hippodrome" district. The building consists of a basement, a ground floor and six residential floors, on the basement floor there are basements, a subscriber's room and a machine room for an elevator, on the ground floor there are three garages, a passage with an entrance to the residential part and vertical communications - an elevator and a stairwell.

The residential floors have the following distribution: on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th residential floors (elevations +2.60;+5.30;+8.10;+10.90 and +13.80) there are one three-room and one two-room apartment. A four-room apartment is located at an elevation of +16.45 m.

The architecture has a classic and at the same time modern vision expressed in axial symmetry, the silhouette is clean, thus the building stands out with individuality, as an accent in the existing architecture. In the design, special attention has been paid to achieving good exposure, functionality and a sense of comfort in the distribution of the apartments. The building is filled with high-quality materials, new technologies and highly skilled labor.
